New Orleans

You can go from the Dauphin Islands over to New Orleans after you drive off of the ferry, New Orleans is then a 2.5 hour Drive. You can also walk onto the Ferry for the 45-minute ferry ride. Please note it is a 45 Minute Ferry ride over and a 45-minute ferry ride back.

it is a great day trip to Mobile, Battleship Memorial .

Is The Blue Angels Museum, they usually fly over the Plantation and practice in April and November, trust me if they fly over you will know it! I love seeing them practice standing on the condo balcony.
